Parent Day (16th June 2007)

This morning, I feel really upset and angry when my hubby informed me about this....

When he sent Jona to school this morning, immediately Mr.Lee (the headmaster) apologise to my hubby several times - saying that it is one of his teacher mistake of forgot to inform us that last Saturday - 16th June, is a Parent Day (and we are invited to Jona school for it). He even told us that all the students arrived with their parent except Jona!! That $%^^@$#$ teacher, do you believe, all the student message book got the message except Jona!!

I just couldn't believe this type of thing could happen with only 18 students in the school (6 students in each year - Year 4, 5 and 6), but, of course, human do make mistake...but, when I just got to hear this news from my hubby, I really got into anger and if I was the one who received this message from Jona school, sure I will burst into anger and scold the headmaster. Luckily, he pass the message to my hubby instead of me....

And, he keep apologise non stop and keep insist my hubby spend extra times for several days - so, he could brief my hubby about the parent day, school, etc...that we missed out!! He want my hubby sent Jona to school earlier for coming days and spend few minutes with him....(good as well, so hubby could involve in Jona school activities rather than always give excuse). I think maybe it is GOD will as well that we missed those Parent Day, so, GOD give hubby another chance to mix with Jona school teacher/headmaster and involve in Jona school activities....

When I think of it this way, I feel much better and happy about it. Rather than curse the innocent teacher about her mistake. I do think she also do feel bad about it...and, maybe, with this, she will treat Jona a bit nicer??
